ELB Capital Management, LLC ("ELB") provides capital and business consulting to entrepreneurs, private equity firms, fundless sponsors and senior executives making the transition to entrepreneurship. ELB was founded by Eric L. Blum, a private investor and business consultant for more than 35 years. ELB currently manages $500 million invested in a diversified portfolio of control and non-control investments in middle market companies.

In making investments, ELB employs a hybrid style utilizing combinations of preferred equity and mezzanine, second lien and senior debt. The style is designed to meet its primary objective of providing investors with an annual cash on cash return, while secondarily generating gains from capital appreciation through minority ownership of equity and equity–like instruments.

ELB owns 100% of Marsh Hawk Capital Management, LLC ("Marsh Hawk"), a direct equity investor with $250 million of capital to invest. Marsh Hawk was established in 2008 by Mr. Blum and Joseph D. Kestenbaum, a well-known private investor and entrepreneur. Messrs. Blum and Kestenbaum were partners in Unitek USA, LLC which was sold to a major private equity firm in September 2007. Mr. Kestenbaum was the co-founder and Chairman of Unitek USA, LLC. Mr. Kestenbaum is President and Chief Executive Officer of ELB and Marsh Hawk. Mr. Blum is Chairman of both companies. Joseph A. Breen Jr. is Chief Financial Officer for ELB.
