ELB Capital Management, LLC ("ELB") provides capital and business consulting to entrepreneurs and senior executives making the transition to entrepreneurship. ELB was founded by Eric L. Blum. Mr. Blum has been a private investor and business consultant for more than 35 years. During this time, Mr. Blum has sponsored or co-sponsored and has been a limited or general partner in numerous investments in middle market transactions, project financings and concentrated investments in publicly-traded companies.Prior to forming ELB, Mr. Blum was the founder and Managing Partner of FB Capital, a private equity firm. Mr. Blum formed FB with Michael C. Forman, then a senior partner at the law firm of Klehr Harrison in Philadelphia, as co-founder. Mr. Blum redeemed his interest in FB in 2007. Mr. Blum currently serves on the boards of Specialized Industries, Seagrave Fire Apparatus and Energex Biofuels Inc. In 2008, Joseph D. Kestenbaum, a private investor and entrepreneur, acquired a 50% interest in ELB. ELB currently manages a diverse portfolio of companies involved in manufacturing, business services, distribution, real estate, energy and media.

In making investments, ELB employs a hybrid style utilizing mezzanine, second lien and senior debt coupled with equity and equity-like enhancement to achieve a dual objective of current cash returns and longer term gains from capital appreciation.

ELB owns 100% of Marsh Hawk Capital Management, LLC ("Marsh Hawk"), a direct equity investor with $250 million of capital available for investment.
